Wraps with tenderloin skewers, salad and hummus
( 2 adults and 2 kids )
- lettuce of your choice
- 1 canloose sweetcorn
- leftover grill skewers
- 8 wholewheat tortillas

About the recipe
Super easy and tasty dinner, where we've used the leftovers from our grill skewers with pork tenderloin and served them in wraps with corn, salad and hummus. Enjoy!
1. Rinse the lettuce and rip into smaller chunks. Drain the corn (if needed) and place in a bowl.
2. Remove meat chunks, courgette, and bell pepper from the skewers. Optionally you can cut them into smaller chunks, and heat on a pan or in the microwave. Be careful not to overcook it, so the meat goes dry.
3. Warm the tortillas on a pan or in the oven and place them on the table along with hummus and the other ingredients on trays and in small bowls. Let the whole family assemble their favourite wrap.
