- 10 cherry tomatoes

About the recipe
This is the (very) quick and easy recipe for our yummy veggie lasagne on day two. That is, if you didn't eat the lot on day one! Here we've served the leftovers with wholewheat baguette and snack veggies. Enjoy!
1. Heat the leftover veggie lasagne in the oven or microwave, and warm the baguette.
2. Rinse the cherry tomatoes. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks for snack veggies, and serve with the warm and delicious vegetable lasagne.
If your kids are really little, boil the carrots to soften them or swap them out for softer veggies like corn, peas, cucumber or similar. That reduces the risk of the wee pet getting anything caught in their throat.
