About the recipe
This is the recipe for our tasty beef stroganoff on day two. If you have leftover mash from yesterday, simply heat that. Otherwise, you can cook some rice for on the side. Super quick and tasty dinner for busy days. Enjoy!
1. Heat the leftover stroganoff in a pot or the microwave. If you have leftover mash, you can chuck that in a microwave or pot as well. You can add a bit more milk and butter, so it doesn't dry out. Otherwise, simply cook some rice according to the packet.
2. Serve the stroganoff with peeled carrots and rinsed cucumber cut into sticks for snack veggies.
You can swap carrots and cucumber with other types of munching veggies. If you have smaller children, boil the carrots so they don't get caught in the little ones' throat. Or use cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, sweetcorn, peas or other soft veggies.
