Spaghetti with root vegetable bolognese - day two

- wholewheat spaghetti
- leftover root vegetable bolognese
- 300 gramscarrots*
- 0.5 cucumber- or other veggies
- tomato ketchup

About the recipe
Three cheers for food that lasts two days - it's easy, delicious and ready in a flash the next day. Here's the second day edition of our spaghetti with root vegetable bolognese. Enjoy!
1. Boil the spaghetti following the instructions on the packet, and reheat the leftover bolognese in a pot or in the microwave.
2. Peel the carrots, rinse the cucumber, and cut both into sticks for snack veggies. Serve with spaghetti, bolognese - and of course lots of ketchup!
