Here at Mambeno we love dishes that last two days, as it means a quick and easy dinner on day two. This is the second day edition of our yummy shepherds pie with veggies and a potato-carrot mash. Here we've served it with a warm baguette and snack veggies. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Heat the leftovers from last nights dinner in the oven or microwave and warm the baguette at the same time. Bear in mind that bread prefers to be warmed either in the oven or the toaster.
2. Rinse and clean the bell pepper and cucumber and cut both into sticks for snack veggies.
3. Serve with the shepherds pie and warm baguette.
4. Enjoy!
