Quick meatball curry - day two

About the recipe
The quickest meatball curry is even quicker on day two, and if possible, even tastier after a night in the fridge. We're serving the leftovers with carrot and apple as snack veggies. Enjoy!
1. Cook rice according to the packet. Heat yesterday's meatball curry in a pot or the microwave. If the sauce has gotten a bit too thick, you can freshen it up with a splash of water or milk. Just remember to taste again and season as needed.
2. Peel carrots and cut into sticks. Rinse the apples, remove the cores and cut into wedges. Serve as snack veggies with the leftover meatball curry and piping hot rice.
