Hurray for easy and delicious second-day dinners! Here are yesterday's baked pork chopsand tomato sauce, served with rice, celery and bell pepper as snack veggies. Enjoy!
1. Cook the rice according to the packet. Heat the leftover pork chops in the microwave, or simply pop the dish back in the oven, like yesterday.
2. Rinse bell pepper and celery and cut both into sticks for snack veggies. Serve the pork chops with piping hot rice and snack veggies.
Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help cut the snack veggies. They could also help set the table..!
