This is the (super easy) recipe for our tasty meatball curry with broccoli on day two. If the kids are just about old enough to hit the kitchen by themselves, this recipe can be a good debut with a 99% success rate. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Boil the rice following the directions on the packet and reheat the leftover meatball curry in a pot or the microwave. Rinse the apple, remove the core and finely dice it.
2. Serve meatballs and sauce with piping hot rice, diced apple, mango chutney and a sprinkle of herbs on top, if you have any handy.
3. Enjoy!
