Here at Mambeno we love dishes that will last you two days - especially on day two! Today we've got tasty lasagne with oyster mushrooms in minutes on the menu.
1. Reheat the lasagne in the oven or microwave. Warm the baguette in the oven or in the toaster.
2. Peel the carrots, wash the cucumber and slice both into sticks for snack veggies.
