Kid friendly fish lasagne - day two

Ingredients

( 2 adults and 2 kids )

  •  leftover fish lasagne
  • 300 gramscarrots*
  • 0.5 cucumber

This is the second day version of our easy and delicious fish lasagne with loads of veg. Serve the leftovers with snack veggies on the side - you can use absolutely whatever veggies you fancy. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Thoroughly heat the lasagne in the oven or microwave - it has to be thorough, as it contains spinach.

2. Peel the carrots, rinse the cucumber and cut both into sticks for snack veggies.

3. And dinner is served - enjoy!
