Yay! The easiest round of dinner with yesterday's leftovers, where you just need to cook rice and corn cobs, cut into smaller pieces. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and presto, dinner is served. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Reheat yesterday's leftovers in the oven or microwave and cook the rice according to the packet.

2. Remove the leaves and those super irritating hairs from the corn cobs (who came up with those, anyway??) and cut off the ends. Split each corn cob into four, and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes.

3. Finely chop the peanuts with your favourite knife.

4. Serve the leftover Hawaii-chicken with rice and topped with chopped peanuts.

5. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help free the corn cobs from leaves and hairs. They can definitely also help set the table!
