Yay! A super tasty and easy second day version of our tasty pork curry. Cook the rice, heat up the leftovers and cut some snack veggies - and dinner is served. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Cook the rice according to the packet.

2. Heat up the leftovers from yesterdays pork curry in a pot or the microwave. If the sauce has gotten too thick, you can add some water or milk. Remember to taste it again.

3. Peel carrots, rinse and clean the bell pepper and cut both into sticks. Rinse the apples, remove the cores and cut into wedges.

4. Serve the leftovers with rice and snack veggies.

5. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let the kids rinse and clean the bell pepper, rinse the apples and cut into wedges. The kids can also be the ones to stir the pot and make sure it doesn't burn.
