Day two: Beef mince with cabbage and potatoes

Ingredients

( 2 adults and 2 kids )

  •  leftover beef mince stew
  •  salt
  •  pepper
  •  pickled pumpkin or beets

It's one of the easy days today, as you only have to heat yesterday's leftovers, and then just figure out what to do with the extra time. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Heat the leftovers in a pot or the microwave. Add a bit more water, if the dish has dried up too much overnight.

2. Serve the dish with pickled beets or our delicious pickled pumpkin - click the chefs' hat to get the recipe.
