About the recipe
This is the super quick and simple recipe for our tasty chicken gratin on day two. You can serve it with absolutely anything you like, such as corn on the cob, snack veggies or, like here, just with wholegrain rice. Enjoy!
1. Reheat yesterdays leftovers in the oven or microwave and boil the rice following the directions on the packet. If you have a few cobs of corn in the fridge, then boil them and serve as a side. Or wash the cucumber, peel the carrots and cut both into sticks for snack veggies.
2. If you like, sprinkle some herbs on as a garnish and presto - quick day two dinner!
