We love easy days in the kitchen, and today is one of them. Simply mix yesterday's leftovers with beaten egg, heat it up and cut some snack veggies. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees convection.

2. Beat eggs in a bowl and mix with leftover pasta and bolognese. If the pasta has stuck together, you can blanch it with boiling water in a colander before mixing it.

3. Pour the pasta mix into a casserole tin and top with grated cheese. Bake the pasta in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.

4. Serve with rinsed cucumber and peeled carrots cut into sticks for snack veggies.

5. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for kids in the family: Let your kids help beat the eggs and mix everything in a bowl. They can also cut cucumbers for snack veggies.
