Today is super easy! Dead quick dinner of fish sticks, baby potatoes, cauliflower and corn cobs, served with herb butter and remoulade. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Rinse or scrub the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender – this takes 10-12 minutes with small British potatoes.

2. Meanwhile, fry the fish sticks on a pan in some olive oil.

3. Rinse the cauliflower and split into large florets. Remove leaves and those super annoying hairs from the corn cobs. Halve the cobs, and boil cauliflower and corn in the same pot of lightly salted water for about 8 minutes.

4. Serve the fish sticks with baby potatoes, boiled cauliflower and corn cobs with herb butter and remoulade (or tartar sauce, of course).

5. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for younger kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help fry the fish sticks – but do be careful to avoid the oil sputtering. They can also help break the cauliflower into florets. If you're planning to make our Spanish omelette with potatoes tomorrow, cook some extra potatoes today to make tomorrow easier.
