This week's tips from Mambeno

Monday we’re setting off with classic hot dogs. Use what ever topping you prefer – it’s a family classic!

For Tuesday’s vegetarian pasta we’ve used fresh pasta. We’ve used the kind with spinach – a great way of getting some more greens into the kids. You can use other kinds as well, like wholewheat pasta.

Wednesday and Thursday it’s Hawaii-chicken. We’ve used coconut milk for this recipe. We’ve used the classic coconut milk, as most ‘light’ versions are often just watered down – and there’s no real reason to pay extra for that!

Friday we’re finishing off with our new family favourite: Pasta a la pizza! We’ve really just swapped the pizza base for pasta, mixed it with tomato sauce, and topped with cheese and pepperoni. Get excited!
