Second-day dinners are so wonderfully easy: today we're grabbing yesterday's beef skewers and chucking them in wraps with a load of veggies and garlic dressing. Pick up a dressing from the supermarket, or make your own by clicking the chefs' hat in the ingredient list. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Rinse bell pepper, lettuce, cucumber and tomato and chop up the lot. Plate in small bowls, so everyone can assemble their own favourite wrap.

2. Heat tortillas and skewers in the oven or microwave.

3. Serve the lot with garlic dressing - or whatever dressing you prefer, of course. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help chop the veggies.
