Popcorn + white chocolate + oreo = amazing! This popcorn is super easy to make and SUPER tasty. The only problem is, they tend to disappear quite quickly... Enjoy!

Directions

1. Pour the oil into a pot along with the popcorn kernels and pop the lid on. Crank the heat all the way up, and shake the pot once the kernels start popping. Lower the heat a bit, and keep shaking until all the kernels are popped. Be careful not to let them burn!

2. Pour the popcorn into a large bowl and let cool. Place oreos in a freezer bag and crush them with something heavy - either a mallet, rolling pin or your own mega strong fists!

3. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and place in a glass or metal bowl. Now make a bain marie - that's as easy as bringing a pot of water to the boil, and placing the bowl on the water to melt the chocolate. Be sure to keep the water out of the chocolate. Remove the bowl from the water before the chocolate has melted completely - then you can stir with a spoon until the last bits have melted.

4. Pour the melted chocolate and the crushed oreos over the popcorn and give it a proper stir, so it spreads to all of the popcorn.

5. Soread the popcorn onto a sheet of baking parchment, and pop it in the freezer for about 15 minutes to set the chocolate.

6. Yay, it's finally time - enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help pop the popcorn. They can also help melt the chocolate and crush the oreos.
