A nice and easy round of dinner with the leftovers from yesterday's viking pot, which we're serving with some snack veg. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Heat up yesterday's leftovers in a pot or the microwave. Carefully stir as you go, to keep the potatoes from crumbling too much.
2. Serve the viking pot with peeled carrots and washed cucumber cut into sticks for snack veggies. Sprinkle with some chopped herbs on top, if you have some to hand.
3. Enjoy!
