Lasagne is perfect for two-day dinners! It's absolutely delicious on day two, and cooking dinner is made dead easy! We're serving yesterday's yummy veggie lasagne with brown baguette and snack veggies. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Heat the lasagne in the oven or microwave, and warm the baguette in the oven or toaster.

2. Peel the carrots, wash the cucumber and cut both into sticks for snack veggies. And presto, food for hungry bellies on a busy day.

3. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help peel the carrots, cut the cucumber and baguette, and set the table. You don't have to worry about reheating spinach - just be sure to cool down the leftovers quickly (so it's cool within three hours), and heat them up thoroughly, to at least 75 degrees. Do remember that you shouldn't give babies and toddlers spinach, due to its high nitrate content. Read more here about which ingredients to be aware of when cooking for small children.
