S'mores usually bring to mind warm summer eves and marshmallows toasted by the fire. But this version can be made all year round – come rain, shine or snow. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees fan assisted.
2. Crush 1/4 of the digestives and place at the bottom of an oven dish or oven safe pan.
3. Break the chocolate into small pieces and scatter onto the crushed biscuits. Place marshmallows upright over top. Bake for about 5 minutes – until golden on top and the chocolate has melted.
4. Pop the hot dish on the table – and mind your fingers! Now pop a spoonful of s'mores onto a digestive biscuit, and use a second biscuit as a 'lid'. YUM – and enjoy!
Tip
Tasks for younger kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help crush the biscuits. They can also break up the chocolate and place marshmallows into the dish.
