Tortilla wraps with chilli sin pollo

Ingredients

( 2 adults and 2 kids )

  •  leftover chilli con pollo
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • red bell pepper
  • 150 gramsloose sweetcorn
  •  guacamole
  • wholewheat tortillas

Yes! Full speed ahead! There's quick and easy dinner on the menu tonight, using the leftovers from our chilli con pollo in a tortilla wrap with cucumber, bell pepper, sweetcorn and guacamole. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Heat up the chilli con pollo in a pot or the microwave.

2. Rinse and clean the veggies, and cut into bites. Place veggies, sweetcorn and guacamole in small bowls.

3. Warm the tortillas on a pan or in the oven, and let the whole family assemble their favourite tortilla.

4. Open wide - and enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help mash the avocado. They can also cut the bell pepper and cucumber.
