Tomato sauce for pizza

- 1 onion
- 2 clovegarlic
- 70 gramstomato purée
- 1 canchopped tomatoes
- 1 tbspdried oregano
- 200 mlwater
- 1 tbspolive oil

Forget store-bought tomato sauce for a second! Mambeno's tomato sauce is both super quick, and amazing on any pizza. Enjoy!
1. Sautée onion and garlic in a pot with oil, without letting it brown.
2. Add the additional ingredients and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. Blend the lot with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Let the tomato sauce cool, before putting it on your pizza bases.
Don't panic if you don't have a hand blender knocking about your kitchen. Mash the biggest tomato chunks with a whisk, and you've got a lovely rustic pizza sauce - the taste is still amazing!
