This is probably one of the easiest dishes out there. And it's super tasty! Pasta mixed in tomato sauce and gratinated in the oven with cheese on top. And you can add whatever extra veg you like. Enjoy!

1. Cook the pasta in salted water, until it's almost done - but still has some bite. Drain the water and mix the pasta and tomato sauce in the pot.

2. Move the pasta mix to an ovensafe tray and top with grated cheese. Bake for approx. 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

3. Serve with rinsed cucumber and peeled carrots cut into sticks as snack veg. If you have some parsley or other herbs handy, you can sprinkle it on top just before serving. Do avoid herb sprinkles for kids younger than 3.

4. Enjoy!

Did you know that canned tomatoes count as one of your official "5 a day"? So although the basics of this recipe simply consist of pasta, tomato sauce and cheese, it covers part of your daily veg requirements.
