About the recipe
This is the recipe for our classic tenderloin stew with curry, bacon and apples on day two. Dinner in a flash for the busy days. Here served with rice, and of course extra cocktail sausages. Enjoy!
1. Boil the rice following the directions on the packet. Heat the stew in a separate pot (or the microwave). Cook the cocktail sausages on a dry pan and let them drip off a bit on a bit of kitchen roll.
2. Serve the warm stew with rice, cooked cocktail sausages and a sprinkle of herbs on top, if you have some lying about.
If you fancy something other than rice, you can serve the stew with a quick and tasty potato and carrot mash.
