Yum, a tasty and super quick round of dinner from yesterday! Just heat up the leftover tenderloin pot and serve with snack veggies. You can also cook some rice, if you don't have potatoes left over. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees convection.

2. Place the crushed potatoes in a casserole tin or baking tray. Warm in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat up the leftover tenderloin pot either in a pot or the microwave.

3. Serve the second day version with rinsed cucumber and bell pepper cut into sticks for snack veggies.

4. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for kids in the family: Let your kids help cut cucumber and bell pepper for snack veggies.
