Rocky road is a delicacy in all its forms - this one especially! Here's a super easy recipe for the yummy marshmallow and peanut clusters, made with just three ingredients: marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate. They're dead easy to make, so have the kids join you. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Cut the marshmallows into smaller bits using scissors.

2. Break up the chocolate and place in a glass or ceramic bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a bain marie - to do this, bring a pot of water to the boil and placing the bowl of chocolate into the water, but not touching the bottom of the pot. It's important that the bowl either has handles or is a bit bigger than the pot, so there's not a chance of it tipping into the water. Stir the chocolate until fully melted.

3. Add peanuts and marshmallow bits to the melted chocolate, and stir until nice and even.

4. Using a tablespoon, place little clusters onto a sheet of baking parchment, and give them a pinch with your hands if needed. Pop in the fridge to cool.

5. Once the chocolate is set, you can munch away. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
