Speedy noodle bowl with tuna and veggies

( 2 adults and 2 kids )

  •  wholewheat noodles
  • 280 gramstuna in brine*
  • 400 gramsgrated carrot
  • 70 gramslettuce mix
  • 285 gramsloose sweetcorn
  •  curry and mango dressing
  •  salt
  •  pepper

We've whipped up a super quick round of dinner, ready in just 15 minutes: A quick noodle salad with tuna, sweetcorn, carrots, salad and a ready-made curry and mango dressing. Enjoy!


1. Cook the noodles according to the packet. Then rinse the noodles in cold water and let drip off in a colander.

2. Drain the tuna and put it in a bowl. Place grated carrot, rinsed lettuce and sweetcorn in separate small bowls.

3. Place the lot on the table and let everyone assemble their own favourite bowl. Top with curry and mango dressing.

4. Enjoy!


Tasks for kids in the kitchen: There's not much to do today, but the kids can help place everything in small bowls and set it on the table. If you don't have curry and mango dressing, whip up a quick dressing, such as with creme fraiche or skyr with some curry, garlic,  sweet chilli sauce and seasoned with salt and pepper.
