Roasted pumpkin seeds - or pumpkin snacks - are super tasty, and perfect for the packed lunch, or for the dropping blood sugar in the late afternoon. Enjoy!
1. Pop pumpkin seeds and olive oil onto a pan and spread evenly. Stir frequently until they start to "pop". When they're golden brown, they're done.
2. Let cool on some kitchen roll and sprinkle with salt.
Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids stir the pumpkin seeds, but be careful they don't burn themselves on the pan.
