This is the best combination of two dishes ever - pizza and lasagne! We've used yesterday's leftover bolognese as filling between tortillas topped with grated cheese, of course served with snack veggies. And we've made the recipe extra simple, so the kids can have their own cooking day - or assist mum and dad in the kitchen. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees fan assisted.

2. Place a tortilla on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Spread bolognese and grated cheese onto the tortilla, top with another one and repeat this process until you're out of tortillas. It's up to you whether to cheese the top tortilla.

3. Bake the "lasagne" for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden on top.

4. Cut the cucumber into sticks for snack veggies, and serve on the side of the yummy lasagne pizza.

5. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help add the filling and layer the tortillas - it's a bit like building sand castles. They can also cut the cucumber sticks for snack veggies.
