- leftover savoury crepes
- lettuce of your choice
- 1 cucumber
- 2 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 6 wholewheat pitabreads
- dressing of your choice
- olive oil

About the recipe
Pitabreads make an easy and delicious dinner, and it's even easier when the filling has already been made. Here we've filled the pitas with the leftover filling from our yummy savoury crepes. So you're getting a super quick day in the kitchen. Enjoy!
1. Heat up the beef filling in a pot or the microwave.
2. Rinse and rip up the lettuce. Rinse the cucumber, slice half and cut the rest into sticks for snack veggies. Clean and rinse the bell peppers and do the same - slice half, and cut the rest into sticks for snack veggies. Slice the onion into rings.
3. Drizzle the pitas with a bit of water and warm them in the oven or toaster.
4. Place everything on the table along with the dressing, and let everyone assemble their own favourite pita.
