- lettuce of your choice
- 4 tomato
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 yellow bell pepper

Pitabreads are perfect for busy days! All you need to do is warm them up and fill them with anything your heart desires - such as leftovers from last night's dinner. Here we've used our tasty chicken meatballs with carrots. Serve everything on trays and in bowls, so the family can assemble their own favourite pita. Enjoy!
1. Heat yesterday's chicken meatballs, either in the oven or microwave. Rinse the lettuce and finely chop it. Wash tomatoes and cucumber, slice tomatoes and cut the cucumber into sticks. Rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds and slice. Peel the carrots and cut into sticks for snack veggies.
2. Warm the pitas and put everything on the table on trays and in bowls, so the whole family can assemble their favourite pita.
