- 250 gramswholewheat pasta- fussili
- 100 gramssweetcorn
- 4 tomato
- 0.5 cucumber
- 100 gramsfeta cubes
- leftovers from club sandwich
- curry mayo or dressing

Pasta salad makes for a super easy and delicious dinner, and it's the perfect way to get rid of the leftovers filling up your fridge. Here we've used the leftovers from our yummy club sandwich, but if you don't have chicken and bacon left over, you can leave out the meat or cook up a chicken fillet or two and a bit of bacon for the occasion. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Boil the pasta following the directions on the packet. Drain the corn, thaw them if they're frozen, or cut them from the cobs leftover from yesterday. Wash tomatoes and cucumber and cut both into bite-sized chunks.
2. Mix the veggies with pasta and feta and pop the lot into a bowl or a tray. Top with cooked chicken fillet and a bit of cooked bacon, if you have any left (doubtful!). Serve with curry mayo or other dressing.
