This is the recipe for our yummy pastabake with beef mince and mozzarella on day two. Dinner sorted in just a few minutes - just reheat the pasta, chop some veggies, and dinner is served. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Reheat the leftovers of yesterdays pastabake in the oven or microwave. Peel the carrots, wash the cucumber and chop both into sticks.

2. Mix a quick dressing to use as dip or simply use whatever you have in the fridge. If you fancy making the dressing yourself, just click on the little chef's hat in the ingredient list. That'll take you to the recipe, and you can easily add the ingredients to your shopping list.
