Dinner for two days is just amazing - especially on day two! This is the lightning quick second day-recipe for our hearty and classic oven roast pork chops with plenty of veg. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Cook the rice according to the packet. Reheat the leftover pork chops in the microwave or oven.
2. Peel the carrots and wash the cucumber. Cut both into sticks for snack veggies and serve with pork chops and rice.
3. Enjoy!
Tip
If your kids are very small and not quite ready for hard veggies like raw carrots, you can either boil them or grate them.
