Mini banana breads – sugar free and yummy!

  • banana
  • 100 mlmilk
  • 120 gramsoats
  • egg
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tspvanilla sugar
  •  muffin tin

Yum! These banana breads are super yummy – made with oats and totally without sugar. They're super easy to make, and go great as afternoon snacks or in packed lunches. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 185 degrees fan assisted.

2. Ripe bananas are best for this. Split into rough chunks and add to a bowl with the other ingredients. Use a hand blender to blend into an even batter.

3. Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes, until no batter sticks when poked with a knitting needle.

4. Let cool – then munch away.

5. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for younger kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help peel and break up the bananas. They can also add the ingredients to the bowl.

If you want the mini banana bread a bit more sinful and sugary, add 50 grams of chopped dark chocolate.
