Meatball curry with courgette, carrots and pineapple - day two

It's always lovely when you have leftovers from the day before. Here you just need to heat up yesterday's meatball curry and cook a bit more rice or pearled spelt if needed. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Cook rice or pearled spelt according to the packet. Heat up the leftover meatball curry from last night's dinner in the microwave or in a pot on the stove.

2. Serve with the piping hot rice and chopped fresh pineapple, and optionally a sprinkle of herbs on top, if you have some to hand.

3. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help cut up the pineapple. They can also stir the pot... Or set the table!
