About the recipe
This is the recipe for our tasty wholewheat lasagnette with veggies on day two. And it's a super quick dinner - heat the lasagnette, chop a bit of snack veg, and if you're feeling fancy you can whip up a quick dressing for dipping. And dinner is served - enjoy!
1. Reheat yesterday's lasagnette in the oven or microwave. Wash the cucumber, peel the carrots and cut both into sticks for snack veggies.
2. Throw together a quick dressing, or use whatever you have in the fridge. If you fancy making the dressing yourself, just click the little chefs' hat in the ingredient list. That'll take you to the recipe, and you can add the ingredients to your shopping list.
