Hurray - it's easy for dinner tonight! Here's the recipe for the lightning quick version of our delicious lasagne with bacon, mornay sauce and lots of veg on day two. Perfect for busy days, where you finish work late or the little ones have extracurriculars. Enjoy!
1. Heat the lasagne in the oven or microwave. Simultaneously warm the baguette in the oven or toaster.
2. Peel the carrots, wash the cucumbers, and cut both into sticks for snacking veg.
