Here's the easy and tasty recipe for shortcrust pastry with oats and wholewheat. It only takes ten minutes to make, and then just needs a moment in the oven and it's ready to use. You can fill it with ham, spinach and mushrooms - or tasty chicken filling. Enjoy!

1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees convection.

2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead well, until you've got a firm and supple dough. Roll the dough between two pieces of baking parchment - or on a floured tabletop, until large enough to cover the quiche tin.

3. Place the dough in a buttered quiche tin - all the way up the sides, too. Poke the bottom with a fork, to stop it from bubbling up. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven. Now fill the shortcrust with whatever fillings you like best and bake it until done.

4. Enjoy!
