Herb butter is fantastic with summery grill dishes - or simply on a warm baguette. Here's a version with sundried tomatoes and fresh basil. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Rinse a handful of fresh basil and finely chop it. Finely chop the sundried tomatoes, and mix with softened butter, pepper and basil.
2. Spread the butter lengthways onto a piece of baking parchment and roll into a sausage shape. You can also add the butter to a small bowl. Pop it in the freezer for about 30 minutes, and it's ready!
3. Serve the herb butter with baby potatoes, corn cobs, a nice steak or a warm baguette.
4. Enjoy!
Tip
Tasks for younger kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help chop the basil and sundried tomatoes and mix the butter.
