Herb butter is a great and easy 'sauce' to have on hand. Here's a version with chopped parsley and rosemary. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Rinse a handful of fresh rosemary and finely chop it - or use 1-2 tsp. dried rosemary.

2. Rinse and finely chop a handful of parsley.

3. Press or finely chop the garlic and mix with softened butter, pepper, rosemary and parsley.

4. Spread the butter lengthways on a piece of baking parchment and roll into a sausage shape. You can also put the butter into a small bowl. Pop in the freezer for about 30 minutes, and it's ready to use!

5. Serve the herb butter with baby potatoes, corn cobs, a nice steak or a warm baguette.

6. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for younger kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help chop rosemary and parsley and mix the butter all together.
