Gullasch with courgette and potato mash - day two

  •  leftover gullasch

Yesterday's kitchen labours mean you (almost) have a day off from the kitchen today! Simply heat up yesterday's leftovers and cut some snack veggies. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Heat up the leftovers from yesterday's gullasch in a pot or the microwave. We suggest popping the mash into a baking tray and warming it in the oven. If it's too dry, add some milk or single cream and stir well.

2. Serve the tasty gullasch with carrots and cucumber cut into sticks for snack veggies.

3. Enjoy!

Tip

Taks for kids in the family: Let your kids help rinse and cut cucumber for snack veggies.

If you don’t have any mash left over, just cook some rice or pasta to go with.
