Flatbreads with beef and pineapple

Ingredients

( 2 adults and 2 kids )

  • steaks
  • 0.5 pineapple
  • tomato
  •  lettuce of your choice
  • flatbreads or tortillas
  •  garlic mayo
  •  salt
  •  pepper
  •  olive oil

Flatbreads or tortillas, filled with your favourite stuff, make for a super tasty and quick dinner. Here we've filled them with beef and pineapple. But you can use absolutely anything you like! Enjoy!

Directions

1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and cook with a bit of olive oil on a pan, or grill them, if the weather permits.

2. Remove the peel and stem of the pineapple. Dice the pineapple flesh. Wash and chop the tomatoes and rinse the lettuce. Finally dice your steaks and pop everything on the table in little bowls.

3. Warm the flatbreads or tortillas and fill them with your favourite fillings. Top with some tasty garlic mayo, roll up and open wide!

4. Enjoy!

Tip

If you're making this recipe as part of the meal plan, you can cook the steaks and pineapple as skewers the night before and save the leftovers, so they just need heating before you serve the flatbreads. Otherwise simply follow this recipe!
