Day two: Pork in spice sauce with potatoes and veg

Today it's an ultra easy dinner, as you just need to heat up the leftovers from yesterday - and roast the potatoes on a pan. Enjoy!


1. Heat yesterday's leftovers in a pot or the microwave.

2. Cut the potatoes into smaller chunks and cook on a pan in a bit of oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and an optional sprinkle of sugar. They'll be extra delicious!
