- leftover chicken curry

- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 apple

About the recipe
Things are nice and easy today, as the leftovers from yesterday's yummy chicken curry just need heating, and some snack veggies cut to go with it. Enjoy!
1. Cook the rice according to the packet.
2. Heat the leftovers from yesterday's chicken curry in the microwave or a pot.
3. Peel the carrots. Wash the bell pepper and apple and remove the seeds from both. Cut the lot into sticks for snack veg.
4. Serve the leftovers with rice, mango chutney and snack veggies on the side. Easy, right?
