Apple crisps are available in most supermarkets, but they're super easy to make yourself! All you need is two ingredients - apples and cinnamon. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees convection.

2. Wash the apples and remove the cores which the apples are still whole. It's easiest to use a corer, which you can find in most hardware shops or superstores, but you can also just use a small knife. Cut around the core from one end of the apple to the other, so you have a long hole through the apple.

3. Now thinly slice the apples, either on a mandolin or with your very best knife. Remember to watch your fingers!

4. Place the slices in a single layer on one or more baking trays with baking parchment. Sprinkle the slices with cinnamon and bake for approx. 90 minutes, until beautifully golden and with curly edges. But remember to keep an eye on them, and flip them halfway through so they're nice and crispy on both sides. Ovens are different, and they might need a bit more or less. Even though they feel a bit soft when you take them out of the oven, they'll crisp up as they cool.

5. Enjoy!

Tip

Store the crisps in an airtight container. They'll get soft after a while, but just pop them back in the oven for 15-20 minutes, and they're crispy again!
