Here at Mambeno we LOVE crepes, just as much as our kids do. Here is our very best and easiest recipe. But they'll disappear in the blink of an eye - consider yourself warned!

1. Whisk eggs with plain flour, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.

2. Add melted butter and milk little by little. Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

3. Cook the crepes in butter on a teflon pan over even heat.

4. Serve with sugar, jam, ice cream, Nutella, banana... Or whatever you like!

5. Enjoy!

If you can't whisk the lumps out of the batter, use a hand blender. You can also pop all of the ingredients into a blender, if you have one of those in your kitchen. And remember that kids love making the crepes as well as eating them. So bring them into the kitchen with you, and give them their own pan and spatula.
