About the recipe
Chicken curry is perfect to stretch across two days. If anything, it's even better on the second day, and all you need to do is heat it up and boil some rice. This is the second day edition of our yummy chicken curry with chicken meatballs and hidden courgette. Enjoy!
1. Boil the rice following the instructions on the packet. Reheat the chicken curry in a pot or in the microwave.
2. Clean and rinse the bell pepper, wash the cucumber and cut both into sticks for snack veggies.
3. Dinner is served - enjoy!
